1. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take full responsibility for errors on our part. You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item (style, color, or design).
There are significant manufacturing quality issues.
2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are often made-to-order or limited editions, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., "I don't like it" or "It’s not what I expected").
Incorrect size selection: Please refer to our size charts carefully before purchasing, as we cannot exchange items if the wrong size was ordered.
3. Strict 5-Day Claim Window
Timeliness is essential. All claims must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking information).
Note: Any claims made after this 5-day window will be automatically declined. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

5. Review Process
All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once your email is received, our team will inspect the evidence and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
