 How can I track my order?

We will send a shipping confirmation email after the order is shipped. The email contains the tracking number of your order. You can click this tracking number to track your order.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Israel, and most countries in Europe, excluding island regions.

 

How long does delivery take?

Typically, delivery to all countries takes 14-28 business days.

   

What if I don't like the product after receiving it?

If it's our fault (damage, wrong item, quality issues, etc.), we'll fully compensate or send you a replacement. If it's a matter of personal preference or the item not meeting expectations, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we'll refund or exchange upon receipt.
